After two days of speculation, Pokemon Scarlet Violet’s gym leader Iono’s ace Pokemon has been revealed.
The new Pokémon is Verifrog, a second typeless Electric-type Pokémon. As promised in the first guessing game, its face is small and frontal, but it has two eye-like lumps on the sides of its head.
Its new ability is “Electromorphosis”, which increases the damage from the next Electric Move it uses after being hit, but can also have its infamous static ability.
Iono’s gym is also confirmed to be in the city of Levincia.
