In a trailer released today, the game showcases explosions, mutated terrors, robotic assassin women, and announced a February 21, 2023 release date. Also, a man flipped a bird on camera.
The game’s release date has been kind of fluid over the last few months. . (opens in new tab) After Focus Home Interactive stepped in to publish the game in early September. At the time, Focus Home suggested the lag was an issue for “polishing and delivering the highest quality games”.
The trailer doesn’t tell us anything new, apart from the release date. Mutated scientists with heads dismembered like orchids, masked Soviet soldiers, blood, gore, people having a bad time in prison, and all sorts of weird androids. I think it’s time to finally play it for real. Mundfish seems to agree that the release date is three months ahead of his.

Mundfish seems to take inspiration from Stalker, BioShock, and the new Wolfenstein games. You will acquire Soviet military weapons and superhuman strength and use them to fight many enemies. Based on what we’ve seen, the best word to describe it is intriguing.
