As announced last week, three new games are coming to Game Pass today. The beloved point-and-click franchise Monkey Island and this year’s edition of the popular Football Manager game are back.

Return to Monkey Island
Return to Monkey Island is the unexpected and thrilling return of series creator Ron Gilbert, continuing the story of the legendary adventure game.
The Football Manager game was expected to replace last year’s game, which was delisted when it exited Game Pass yesterday, but Return to Monkey Island really wasn’t when it was revealed last week. We were pleasantly surprised. Previously only available on PC and Switch, this adventure game now lets Xbox players join in on the goofy piracy. Return to Monkey Island already has a track record, but it doesn’t seem like a simple completion as many popular point-and-click style games tend to be. Multiple playthroughs and plenty of failures. Stay tuned!
There’s still a lot more content to come to Game Pass in November. The indie hit Vampire Survivors hits consoles Thursday, with a double whammy from Pentiment and Somerville coming next week.
