In addition to the Sports Story release window and items announced today, the Indie World show included:
- Up next is the 3D pet simulator Wobbledogs, which launches next Thursday (November 17th) with preloads open.
- Goodbye World is an adventure game about a game developer trying to make a living, including retro-style mini-games, coming out in November.
- Renowned PC roguelike deck builder Inscryption is coming to Switch via Devolver on December 7th.
- The “Small World” adventure game “Aka” will follow on December 15th.
- A Space for the Unbound, a Filipino-set adventure title set to be published by PQube prior to the legal dispute, has cleared legal hurdles and is set for release on January 19, published by Chorus Worldwide. announced the date
- Bran, the monochrome co-op platformer that was featured in the last Nintendo Direct, has confirmed a Valentine’s Day (February 14th) launch.
- Oni: Road To Be The Mightiest Oni, a 3D action/fighting hybrid in which two characters are controlled simultaneously by a single Joy-Con (or other controller), is scheduled for March 9th.
- Gearbox has announced that Have A Nice Death, an action roguelike that involves destroying the bureaucracy of the underworld, will be released on March 22nd. We are accepting advance reservations.
- Storyteller (published by Annapurna) will let you build (or rebuild) stories, both old and new, when it launches in March.
- Coffee Talk Episode 2 (subtitled Hibiscus and Butterfly) is set to bring the low-fi barista visual novel back to Switch in the spring.
- Venba, a culinary story about a mother who immigrated to Canada from India in the 1980s, will also land in the spring.
- A tale of remembrance set in the French countryside, Dordogne completes the trio of “spring” releases.
- WrestleQuest, a wrestling RPG starring Hall of Fame talent and current All Elite Wrestling executive Jeff Jarrett, has announced a May release window.
- World of Horror is a ‘1-bit’ RPG inspired by the horror combination of Junji Ito and HP Lovecraft and will be released next summer after a Steam Early Access stint.
- Desta: The Memories Between is a fully voiced acted, dodgeball-focused roguelite that wakes up in “early 2023” on Switch. This is the latest project from the creators of Monument Valley.
- Curse of the Sea Rats, a ‘ratroidvania’ exploration platformer about a political prisoner turned rat, is also slated for early 2023.
- Pepper Grinder is a side-scrolling action platformer featuring heroes with tons of cash to collect and giant drills, coming to Switch via Devolver Digital sometime next year.
- Also coming in 2023 is Botany Manor, a puzzle adventure about growing plants in a majestic mansion.
