There are many things that can go wrong when someone is hacking. However, some people use their hacking powers for laughs. Goofy. Hahaha. So far, at least, that’s the appearance of flying boats in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.
Over the past few days, videos like the one above have highlighted scammers, hackers, and more floating around in the latest version of Warzone. It’s annoying when people flirt, but this is actually very funny.my favorite video embedded above even on youtube (opens in new tab)featuring a junky-floating boat sailing across the sky before exploding, all set to a terrifying recorder performance of the Caribbean pirate movie theme.
Because, in fact, these are the worst pirates you’ve ever seen.
other videos like one-sixth (opens in new tab) Posted on YouTube by the crooks themselves, the extended scene shows the boat flying as players hop on and off and laugh out loud at what’s going on. I’ve yet to see these videos that most people aren’t enjoying.
The key here is that the flying car cheat happened before it was squashed in older versions of Warzone, and that Warzone 2 was powered by the same in-house Ricochet anti-cheat that Warzone 1, Vanguard, and Modern Warfare 2 use. It’s about being protected. We still don’t have the massive cheat craze that the original Warzone kicked off and in its early days, but this is a hell of a way for cheats and hacks to show their heads.
Honestly, take a boat.
Get on the boat.
