Epic Games has announced server shutdowns for several games, including various Rock Band and Dance Central titles, and is already in the process of excluding some from its digital storefront.
Every publication From Epic Games, publishers Dance Central, Dance Central 2, Dance Central 3, Rock Band, Rock Band 2, Rock Band 3, Green Day: Rock Band, The Beatles: Rock Band, Rock Band Blitz, and January 2023 24 days of Unreal Tournament 3.
“Starting today, we will begin shutting down old online services and servers for many older games of the Epic family, and only support Epic Online Services with an integrated friends system, voice chat functionality, parental controls, and parental controls. Most titles will be playable offline, but some titles will no longer be playable,” said Epic Games. “We apologize to players affected by these changes.”

Epic Games also said they have “plans to bring back online functionality via Epic Online Services in the future” for Unreal Tournament 3. It’s currently unknown if this applies to his Xbox version of the game. -Play his PC version of the first person shooter.
The publisher has also begun excluding games from their digital storefronts and disabling in-game purchases of DLC packs. “We have begun removing games that are still available from all digital storefronts and are disabling in-game DLC purchases as of today,” Epic says.
