Welcome to the latest episode of the Pure Nintendo Podcast. This week we kick things off with our usual amiibo update, followed by an in-depth interview with Indie and his Informer, Jill Grodd.
During the interview, Roger and Jemma tell Jill about their time spent at Game Informer and their love of indie games. We also discuss the top 5 indie games of 2022 and count down to the number 1 pick of the year. With so many great titles coming to Switch in the last 12 months, it’s a tough choice, but the trio are doing their best to narrow it down.
So which games make it onto our list? You’ll have to listen to find out! But if you’re a fan of the show, you might be able to guess some of Gemma and Roger’s top picks, including some from recent episodes.
There’s a lot to love when it comes to indie games. 2023 will bring even more fun. Before wrapping up this episode, Jill has a few titles to watch.
