A reputable gaming industry insider has leaked details about Ubisoft’s upcoming Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora on Reddit.

This game in development by Ubisoft Avatarmade Pandora a fully explorable open-world medium, but so far little has been revealed about the gameplay. Recently, Reddit user u/Eht_Hctins (The Snitch spelled backwards) took to r/GamingLeaksAndRumours to share his alleged knowledge of the game’s development. The original post has since been deleted, but IGNthis user has been responsible for several confirmed leaks in the past.

The user said that players can tame animals and use them for movement and combat, just as you’d expect from a game where you play as a native Na’vi. They say the game has looting and crafting mechanics, which is not uncommon for Ubisoft games. Another argument was that instead of placing quest markers on the map, the player would have to explore and find the area on their own. It’s dynamic, with story progression shaping the landscape and weather events affecting gameplay.
