CCP Games, developer of EVE Online (opens in new tab)has released a New Year’s message with details about its plans for 2023.The recent Uprising expansion stepped up warfare between EVE’s factions by blowing up entire planets (opens in new tab)launches a major series of changes to warfare between factions in notoriously dangerous low-security spaces.
That war change seems to have worked. “Of particular note is the 75% increase in PvP kills in low-sec, and the 11% increase in his PvP kills in high-sec, despite the additional restrictions on ganks,” he said. says. “This gave a huge boost to industry and mining, with naval ship production up 14,709% and capital production up 34%!”
