With the latest sales data coming in from Japan, it’s no surprise to guess last week’s top seller. The launch of Fire Emblem Engage saw 144,558 physical copies sold in Nintendo’s home country. This pushed long-time top seller Pokemon Scarlet/Violet to his second spot.
Nintendo rounded out the top 10 with Splatoon 3, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Nintendo Switch Sports, Mario Party Superstars and more. In fact, 9 of the top 10 titles were his Switch titles.
In hardware, the three Switch versions came in second, third and fourth place with a combined sales of 51,587. This technically pushes the Switch to the top spot with its OLED, Original, and Lite versions.
