Huge, possibly day-changing news: It’s almost time for the 4th Annual Impy Awards! Impys is the year to celebrate the best things that have been created at Dreams over the past year and the amazing community that surrounds Dreams Next event. We started nominations back in November. Many of you submitted your favorite works, creators, and community members for consideration across a whopping 23 categories. Cheers to that!
We are currently in the midst of an absolutely spectacular awards show on Sunday, March 26th at 9am PT/5pm GMT. We are pleased to announce the winners of this year’s Impy Awards. Some were judged by us with the help of our friends across the creative industry, others were voted on by the community. (Learn more about how to vote!)
How ridiculously overkill? Because some places have very strict safety rules regarding fires and giant meat monsters (which I honestly can’t enjoy these days). So we just created our own with Dreams. In fact, the entire archipelago. Below are a few cheeky little peaks of the virtual set doing live streaming.

I wanted to take advantage of all this extra space by turning this year’s Impys season into a multi-day festival, combining my real-world self with the virtual world. We are hosting several live streams from the beautiful Nomi Nations for the main awards show on March 26th. our Twitch channelAll sorts of events are planned, from behind-the-scenes interviews with developers and community artists, to musical performances, and highlight reels from the past year.
The first stream for this year’s Impys starts today. Join us on Twitch at 9am PT / 5pm GMT. In honor of Dreams’ 3rd birthday, we look back on the past year and do a very special community quiz for her.
On the other hand, if you want to secure the coveted real estate of Nomi Province for yourself, why not customize your very own floating island and take part in Dreams’ newest community challenge? Please try to imagine. A frog pond filled with lemonade! Seventeen cars! There is another island that is exactly the same but much smaller. The possibilities are truly endless.
