PlayStation VR was created for PlayStation 4, but with a few tweaks it’s also available on PC. However, the same cannot be said for the PlayStation VR2.one of his developers PSVR2 computer Drivers that enable such functionality are off the project for the time being.
PSVR2 doesn’t work on PC for now
Developer iVRy recently tweeted about stopping driver development to run PSVR2 on PC. They noted it had been suspended and will pick it up again “at some point”.
of Tweet It has since been removed (only some of them are still working), but they explained the high cost, toxic commentators, and PSVR2’s many stumbling blocks as reasons for walking away. Some people erroneously thought that they overestimated what iVRy did every time (of which there is that is many).
negative comments more flooded later Tweet on May 6 I reiterated that iVRy found a way to pass authentication on PC. An important step, but not as close to the goal as many impatient players might have assumed.
of iVRy driver for original PSVR (I’ll unlock the PSVR2 drivers when they come out) seems to give way too much hope that PSVR2 drivers are imminent. Even if it can be done, it will take a lot of time.
