The post asks applicants to “have played Ghost of Tsushima and understand its core combat system,” as well as being willing to write stories about feudal Japan.
The first game was announced at E3 2018 and didn’t come out until just two years later, so it came out a little early. This is a considerable lead time. Also, it’s been nearly three years since the original game was released, so many expected it to be announced soon.
