Latest method Shared by tears of the kingdom subreddit over the weekend (thank you euro gamer) revolves around paragliding. Just take a breath of air and keep fiddling around the inventory screen as all the precious material duplicates fall to the ground below. Unlike the previous bow glitch that required very precise timing, this glitch lets you be as sloppy as you like. I tested it this morning and the success rate was 100%. Here are the steps:
Make sure the item you want to copy is in the last slot on the inventory screen
- climb something
- Jump down and pull out the glider
- Press Start to open the item menu
- Please select the item you only have one
- Then select the last slot you want to copy.
- press start twice
- Repeat rinsing until it reaches the ground
The good thing about this version of Infinite Item Glitch is you. No need to worry about how fast you press the start button. As long as you do it while Link is still in the air, it will count. As a result, you’ll actually be able to do this trick many times in a row during each trip. You can also select multiple items to duplicate to create many at once.
May 23, 2023 10:01 AM ET Update: It turns out there is an even easier way to do this trick. Start paragliding, select any item from the materials list, hold as many items as possible, and press the Y and B keys at the same time. The menu sorts and closes at the same time, removing duplicate items while keeping inventory unchanged. No more putting items in the last slot and messing around with the second slot.
If you really want to be adventurous, you can do it too When you’re surfing with your shield out in the air (If you don’t have a paraglider yet or you don’t have a place to climb high).
The only thing to watch out for is items dropping to the ground. If you’re too high up, it can be hard to spot where you landed on the ground, so do that. And if you do that with bombs or other breakable items, they will break or explode. “Be warned before anyone tries it. It doesn’t work for bomb flowers.
