You’re about to hit the big time with Season 04 Reloaded of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Warzone, which launches July 12th on PlayStation 4 and PS5. Get a glimpse of the new content coming to all three modes in the midseason update.
Warzone Brings Battle Royale to Vondel, Plus New Asylums and More
Following Vondel’s debut in Resurgence mode earlier in the season, the mid-season update offers a classic Battle Royale experience supporting up to 72 players.
New concentration camp: Fight your way back into the map in a new camp dedicated to Vondel. Inspired by the showers of certain prison complexes, this wine cellar and dungeon beneath the castle features a three-lane design with a circular center suitable for one-on-one combat.
New Resurrection Playlist Rotation: Beginning with Season 04 Reloaded, a map rotation system will be introduced to the Resurgence playlist, switching between Vondel and Sea Lion Island to add more variety to your play sessions.
New Event — Occupational Scan: This in-game event comes to Vondel. Once the event is active, lie prone or dive underwater to avoid being scanned. Operators who fail to do so in time will be identified and marked on the Tac map and minimap for everyone to see within a limited amount of time.
Special Ops Raid finale, new 6v6 core map
Multiplayer brings action to co-op and competitive modes with the introduction of Special Ops Atomgrad’s narrative finale and new 6v6 core map.
Special Ops Raid Episode 04: Members of Task Force 141 were captured and imprisoned by Hadir, a wealthy al-Qatara. In this epic ending to Atomgrad, it’s up to you and his two other Operators to get out and finish what you started.
Vondel Waterfront (6v6): Deploy in the southwest of Vondel on a small 6v6 map optimized for multiplayer matches. Fight in and between various pontoon houses, including the main red and blue house factions across the center of the map. Cross the deck from place to place or dive into the channel and covertly reposition to the side.
Summary
Guardian MX: You will now have access to the previously categorized Season 04 Battle Pass sector. His HVT reward is the new MX Guardian shotgun base weapon. Unlike traditional Battle Pass sectors, all items here are earned by completing the following in-game challenges:
- Trusted Emblem: Kill 10 ADS Operators with shotguns.
- Gunfire Calling Card: Kill 10 Hipfire Operators with shotguns.
- Fanning Hatch loading screen: Kill 10 operators with shotgun headshots.
- 1 Hour Double Weapon XP Token: Kill 10 Operators in one shot with a Shotgun.
- MX Guardian: Earn rewards for all sectors.
Boys join the fight
Supes are here to save Vondel, Al Mazura, and the rest of the Modern Warfare II universe, for better or worse. Based on The Boys TV show, their appearance adds a new dimension to Warzone.
New Power: With the help of Vought International’s psychic activator Temp V, operators report access to special abilities.
The first power is charge jumpAllows operators to move exponentially across the map. Similar to Queen Maeve, the Operator takes no fall damage when landing from a charged jump and deals splash damage to people and objects within a short radius of the Operator’s landing point.
second power, lightning wave – Simply put, it means “electricity enters, blast comes out”. This shockwave creates a powerful electrical blast that injures the Operator and her AI combatants and destroys vehicles and equipment.
third power, laser vision, grants levitation along with the ability to shoot laser beams wherever the operator is looking. It’s like he’s just one of Homelander’s many powers (don’t say you think you’re as good as him), but it’s the users who backfire. It is true that it can come out.
And finally, Teleport: Forget stepping over the Vondel fog. Teleport jumps forward regardless of which direction the operator is facing. Devil camouflage challenge
Completing Diabolical Camo Challenges will reward you with a Vought-approved gray camo. This camo can be used on all weapons of a particular class when earned by completing challenges for that class. Each weapon class has different elimination requirements, some requiring explicit elimination of other operators, others simply requiring elimination of “enemies” meaning the operator or her AI combatants. There are also things.
Completing all 10 unlocks a spectacularly nefarious universal camo. Once unlocked, this camo can be used on any weapon, and you’ll also receive a Weapon Charm to prove you’ve mastered the event.

Social and Community — In-Game LFP — Party Browser
A completely revamped LFP (Looking for Party) system helps players find parties with similar communication and playstyle preferences. Based on community feedback, the following changes have been made to improve the player’s experience.
dynamic settings: In addition to communication types, the expanded priority list now includes primary and secondary playstyle options (e.g. faction missions or a focus on competitive versus casual playstyles) .
advertise your party: Party leaders can broadcast existing parties to attract individuals who share similar tastes. For more cooperative and team-based play, gather compatible teammates in your squad before jumping into the action.
Browse and join parties: Don’t wait any longer. Players can now explore a list of available parties that match their tastes and join instantly. Note: Exact match only.
Improving quality of life: Fixed bugs and improved the overall user interface to ensure a smoother experience.
Click Find Party to access the Party Browser. After selecting the mode and entering the lobby, players can advertise existing parties or browse available pools.
