Microsoft has confirmed that previews for Xbox Game Pass Friends and Family will end next month after trialing subscription plans for about a year.

talk to euro gamera Microsoft spokesperson said, “We are very excited that the Friends & Family Plan resonated with gamers and are learning to create an offer that we can reach more players around the world in the future. We will evaluate it,” he said.
“All active Friends and Family Plan members will receive an Xbox Game Pass offer as a thank you for participating and as a way to keep playing their favorite games long after previews have ended.”
Microsoft hasn’t said much more about the Friends and Family plan, but expect to share more details about the subscription and when it will roll out to everyone soon.
Last week, Microsoft increased the price of Xbox Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions in most countries. A standard Game Pass subscription currently costs $10.99 / £8.99 / €10.99 per month, while Ultimate costs $16.99 / £12.99 / €14.99 per month.
Microsoft also recently changed the conversion rate from Xbox Live Gold to Xbox Game Pass.
