In case you forgot, The Witcher III: Wild Hunt for Switch was scheduled to receive DLC inspired by Netflix’s The Witcher series since it was first announced in July 2021.
The good news is that patch 4.0.4 is out now, adding some pretty significant fixes, features, and quality of life improvements.
So let’s see what’s in store for Switch players…
ONLINE FEATURES — NINTENDO Switch
Added cross-progression functionality between platforms, replacing the previous save file merging introduced in patch 3.6 for Nintendo Switch. Your latest saves are automatically uploaded to the cloud, so you can easily pick up where you left off on other platforms. Cross-progression provides the most recent saves of all save types. This feature will be available after logging into your account. Please note that a GOG account is required regardless of platform.
