This is a welcome change, as Oil is an essential tool for defeating certain monsters. Now Geralt can dip his sword in a specific concoction that will help defeat the beast he’s currently fighting without opening the pause menu and messing with the witcher’s beer to interrupt the flow of battle.

These quality of life updates will come as the second half of Netflix’s third season. witcher Series—Final Season Actor Henry Cavill as Geralt— coming soon. He will take over the role of riding Roach in Liam Hemsworth’s absence and will make his debut as Blaviken’s Butcher in the show’s fourth season.
Part 2 of witcher‘s third season will premiere on the streamer on July 27.
