The PC version of The Last of Us Part 1 has been modified by a fan to include a brutal and bloody first-person mode.
according to reports comicbook.comYouTube user Voyagers Revenge uploaded an 8 minute video video See mods in action and see The Last of Us’ intense, raw combat from a new perspective.
The video features several sections of the game and some modded content, showing players fighting humans and infected enemies, as well as creepy clickers and bloaters that are even more terrifying when viewed from a first-person perspective.
Also showing off several weapons, from grenades to pistols to Molotov cocktails and assault rifles, this mod truly represents The Last of Us’ most harrowing side.
No release date was shared for the first-person mode, but the modder revealed some other gameplay elements. All encounters take place on a custom difficulty to keep things as realistic and brutal as possible.
“My first-person mode concept showcase allows you to survive up close and personal in this beautiful, realistic and chaotic world developed by Naughty Dog,” says Voyager’s Revenge.
The Last of Us Part 1 released on PC in March, but was quickly criticized for performance issues. However, Naughty Dog quickly released a patch, and a month later released a major update that addressed most of the game’s issues.
