I wonder why Release date of God of War Ragnarok Does it fall on Wednesday instead of regular Friday? Apparently, the game was supposed to be released on Friday, but a last-minute decision was made to pull it back in a few days. sauce? Sony. The currently deleted trailer uploaded by the PlayStation itself stated that the God of War Ragnarok was released on 11/11/22. This is the same day Starfield was supposed to release before it was late. But that’s exactly what Sony wanted to trample on Starfield – fanboy theory.

Starfield was so late in the announcement of the God of War Ragnarok release date that there was only a two-day difference, so there is no correlation between the two. One of the plausible theories for releasing the game on the 9th is that Wednesday is named after Odin and there are nine areas in Norse mythology, so the release date on Wednesday the 9th is God of War Ragnarok. It fits the theme.
Perhaps this last-minute change was the reason Sony initially delayed the announcement of the release date. At this point, gamers are probably familiar with Houpla, who surrounds the God of War Ragnarok PS blog post. This blog post was supposed to go up on June 30th, but was pushed on July 6th. The strange theory that comes to mind because of the delay was the US Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision, but it’s unclear how that relationship was formed.
“I heard that the announcement came back the following week from June 30th because it was actually scheduled for 11/11/22 after the announcement and the release changed suddenly on 9/22/11,” Jason Schreier said. It is written as. ResetEra.. “I’m not 100% sure why they moved it. I think it was more logistic than having nothing to do with Starfield.”
In other news, a federal judge dismissed a proceeding against Sony over the PS Store’s download monopoly, and PS5 generated the highest dollar sales in the United States in the first half of 2022.
