It’s almost time for Shaggy to enter the ring with Batman and Superman. MultiVersusThe fighting game, featuring a cast of characters from Warner Bros. Pictures, will launch a public open beta on Tuesday and will be open to the public to step into the quirky fighting game.
MultiVersus Is a free play title by Warner Bros. Games and the developer Player First Games. The game is currently in Early Access and introduces a team-based 2v2 format to differentiate it from other popular fighting series like Super Smash Bros. The game also integrates platform loads with full cross-play and cross-progression compatibility for various consoles.
How do I sign up for MultiVersus Open beta?
The MultiVersus The open beta is scheduled to begin at noon EDT on July 26th. MultiVersus I’m using a free play model. Therefore, the open beta version can be downloaded for free with an optional in-game purchase. It will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. Developer confirmed Open Beta supports cross-play and cross-progression on all platforms.
What is included in MultiVersus Open beta?
The open beta will start with 2v2 team-based co-op mode, 1v1 match, 4-player free for all, 1-4 player local match, co-op vs AI match, custom online lobby, and practice mode. For fighters, this is a complete list of characters that it activates:
- Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn (DC)
- Shaggy and Belma (Scooby Doo)
- Bugs Bunny and Tasmanian Devil, also known as Taz (Looney Tunes)
- Arya Stark (game of thrones)
- Dog Jake and Human Finn (Adventure time)
- Steven Universe and Garnet (Steven universe)
- Tom and Jerry (Tom and Jerry)
- Iron Giant (Iron Giant)
- Reindog, a new creature created for this game
Harley Quinn, Shaggy, Jake the Dog, and Taz are currently available as part of the Early Access Preview Rotation. However, as soon as the open beta begins, Superman, Finzahuman, Garnet, and Linedog will be unlocked as part of the updated rotation. The rest of the characters, except the preview, will be able to unlock through gameplay.
How long will the beta last?
The developers don’t currently have an open beta end date, but the team has promised to keep updating the game with new characters, maps, and seasonal content within the next few months.During the San Diego Comic-Con, the developer was from LeBron James Space Jam: New Legacy Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith Rick and Morty Join the list of fighters.
