A whimsical farming game with stunning pixel art reminiscent of Stardew Valley. However, this is a roguelite take, so it might not be as relaxing. The farm entrusted with plotting and nurturing sits atop a “moving mountain” haunted by a supernatural fog. When this fog reaches, the farm disappears. The idea is to grow and harvest enough produce during these fog visits to earn some money in nearby villages. Learn Moondrop is in early access and will stay there until early next year, getting new content and regular optimizations in the meantime.

Last week we pointed out that we are living in the golden age of tactical RPGs. According to Mercury Game Studio, Tyrants Blessing is more than just min-max. “The ability to plan, adapt, and strategize” seems to be more important. How is this achieved? By discovering the hidden bowl, of course! Look, lore and cohesive worldbuilding weren’t big video game concerns in the early ’80s, but if you want to try something weird for just over a dollar, this could be fun .
