With this in mind, Bandai Namco has updated this latest game in the series to version 1.03. Addressed several issues, including a bug in Chapter 10 that was preventing players from progressing. Bandai Namco first identified the issue in August.

Digimon Survive – Version 1.03 (September 28, 2022)
・Fixed a bug where the story event could not be advanced because functions other than “Free Battle” in Chapter 10 could not be selected.
– Workaround: If the number of free actions is 1, do not select “Event Battle” in Chapter 10 or load a previous save.
