You must have completed the Kafka and Silver Wolf introductory sections to redeem your code, but if not, you have two options. The first is via the miHoYo redemption site.

- Please log in and select your region
- copy the code into the box
- Receive rewards from your in-game mailbox
The second is to run the game after accessing the phone menu.

- Click the three dots next to your avatar image
- Select “Redemption Code”
- Copy code to redeem
- Receive rewards from your mailbox
