Many people have reached out with concern over the past few days. It means a lot.”
explain why she hasn’t been online sincebecause “everything is happening”, she says:
As for my husband’s situation, which some of you may have seen the other day, he called me while I was streaming and disappeared for about two hours. Then I finally unmuted after about an hour and a half of the call. I’m sorry if other people can’t see it. I didn’t know what else to do…
“This was the first time he heard himself on a recording,” she said, adding that although he had been recorded during other abusive calls, she asked him to let him hear his voice. He added that he had never agreed to previous attempts to do so.
“I think when he heard himself on that phone, he really sank in how an asshole he really was…[laughs]…as if you didn’t even notice, idiot? ”
Amouranth said her husband was away “asking for help” and that “as of today, I have regained access to all my accounts and finances” and “seeks legal and emotional advice.” ” also said.
Through a video of the love and support she has received since Sunday night (including an offer of legal assistance), repeatedly thanking her, she said: Then she said, “Even the haters are like, ‘Damn, I hate Amouranth. But I hope she’s okay, that’s so good.'”
She also took the time to explain the behavior of “her cameraman,” who she says was her “ex-cameraman,” explaining:
Some people seem to be using the situation for personal gain and influence, which is not very inspiring. [than the messages of support]Unfortunately, my former photographer seems to be one of them.
Amouranth said at TwitchCon weekend (October 7-9) that he had “made the situation more explosive than it should have been” in an attempt to “create a scene”, and his actions caused a stir between Amouranth and her husband. ignited tensions and took the initiative. to the event on Sunday night. She also accuses him of “encouraging people I don’t know to show up at my door.”
In detailing the strained relationship between herself and her husband, the abuse has been going on for years, but it comes and goes periodically, explaining her situation to police. Previous attempts to do so have failed because they didn’t do anything so long as she wasn’t physically harmed.
Later in the hour-long stream, while reading viewer comments aloud, one fan said, “I thought you were the girl boss,” to which she responded, “No, I’m a female employee.” It was. Now I can be a girl boss.” She also says there were many times in her career when she “wanted to go home and play Pokémon” at events and streaming, but was scared of her “conflict with her husband.” ‘ so I continued to stream her.
She also comments that she’s actually looking forward to “making friends again”, getting some sleep, watching TV and being able to “get dressed”. Although it ends by saying it’s time for a “new chapter,” she first “takes time to process things, spend time with my animals, and feel like a human again.”
