Ubisoft has announced two Assassin’s Creed projects, codenamed Red and Hexe. Red will be the “next premium flagship title” and takes us to feudal Japan.
Feudal Japan has been a highly requested setting for future Assassin’s Creed games, and when Assassin’s Creed (codenamed Red) is released, it looks like our wish will finally come true.

Ubisoft has confirmed it’s going to feudal Japan with its “next premium flagship title” codenamed Red.Not much is known about the game yet — Assassin’s Creed his Mirage seems much closer on the horizon — but we conduct We know that Ubisoft is working on another mysterious project codenamed Hexe. You can see short excerpts of these two projects in the video above.
Ubisoft also talked about Project Infinity. This isn’t a new game, but a new platform called a “single entry point to the franchise”, a hub for “unifying different experiences”. The developer also said they are “exploring a standalone multiplayer experience.”
