It was the previously announced “Summer 2022” release window, but it was confirmed that Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 will be released on Switch on July 20th. Yeah, next week!
This action RPG sequel, teased by developer Black Isle Studios in February, is the first to appear on the Nintendo console after skipping the GameCube following the original Dark Alliance. Of course, the original game is already available on Switch, and the reviews call it “incredible porting.” This time around, we hope Black Isle will offer something of similar quality.
Here’s a PR slogan about the features of this remaster, as well as an original trailer that will appeal to you if you can’t wait a little over a week.
