The setup follows James Savage, a recovering drug addict and black folklore researcher, to return to his hometown of El Paso, Texas, after learning that the world as we know it will be destroyed in a mysterious ritual. It means going back. In a battle to prevent reality itself from being consumed by the Force Beyond, he travels to a strange motel and must clear the floor of terrifying creatures that mysteriously appear beneath it while saving hostages along the way. The vampire king, and his former Dracula, is behind the conspiracy, opening old wounds and abandoning coping mechanisms.
inspired by Max Payne・Game era, El Paso, Other It combines raw third-person action with a heavy neo-noir narrative. As James Savage, you can mow down any monsters you come across with a wide variety of weapons, including dual pistols, Uzis, shotguns, and of course, stakes. When you run out of ammo, you can always increase your stake by breaking down the wooden furniture placed throughout the dimension-hopping he biome under the motel. But be careful. Betting a creature means getting painfully close to the monster guarding Dracula.

Savage also offers additional tricks such as Bullet Time. You can dive in or press a button to slow down the world, allowing you to aim for precision headshots or dodge attacks with ease. You can also jump into the air and bounce off nearby walls, giving you more time to dive and more vantage points. With inhuman movements and ammunition that scatters on the floor you explore, you can tear Dracula’s army apart.
But not all battles can be fought with guns. Throughout his descent, Savage battles his own memories – coming to terms with everything that brought him back to his hometown of El Paso, Texas, and the fact that he may have to kill the monster he once loved. Through lush, minimal 3D cinematics, learn the tragic story of James and Dracula and the paths they traveled will face each other again. This time, as an enemy at the end of the world.
