Also, Pokémon Legends: Arceus deviated significantly from the usual Pokémon formula and helped mark a new path that was partially repeated in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet released later this year.
However, Nintendo was not affected by the delay. This pushed some games out of his 2022 release window.
