The physical Xbox copy of Redfall is the Xbox Play Anywhere code that can be played on both the Xbox Series X|S and the Microsoft Xbox app on PC.”
There is no reason to believe that Microsoft will include both codes and You would have expected discs to be a big topic, as if they were offering two discs per purchase. Instead, it looks like the retail box will only contain the download code for Arkane’s Vampire His Hunting Shooter, as the Xbox version’s wording is virtually identical to his PC version. This isn’t exactly new — we confirmed it last year at Just Dance 2023 — but if this turns out to be accurate, even if the game is confirmed to be online only, it’s a big first party game.
