It reminds me of the chapter cutscene from Dragon Age 2, but definitely feels closer to the beginning of the game. Varric is nothing more than a reminder of all of Solas’ dealings — The Chromedome Inquisition’s companion was secretly an ancient trickster god.
It’s usually nice to see Varric involved in the story. Will Bioware finally take the nuclear option and let us date a puny guy? You can definitely get along better than your girlfriend.

It looks like we can finally see what happens when you pull the trigger for war table manipulation in Inquisition.
