Black Adam joins the likes of Batman, Rick and Morty, and Harley Quinn in the Multiverse later this week, along with a new Arcade Mode.
Multiversus announced the new addition with a brief teaser trailer on Twitter (below), but didn’t reveal much about how Black Adam will play out or what the arcade mode will entail.
However, despite being released alongside the DC Extended Universe movies, Black Adam doesn’t appear to be based on Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s version of the character.

A pixel art version of the character is shown in the new teaser trailer, matching the character’s previously shared look that appears to be based on the Black Adam comics.
No specific release dates have been shared either, but both Black Adam and Arcade Mode will arrive in updates no later than October 30th, and possibly October 28th.
Multiversus was released in July and has been updated quite frequently since then, with Player First Games adding Gremlins’ Gizmo and Stripe, Rick and Morty, and more.
