Diablo 4 hits full release today and has already established itself as the fastest-selling Blizzard game “ever”.
Diablo IV launched today and has already received rave reviews (even Tom liked it in his review of Diablo 4), but Blizzard’s action-RPG quickly became the fastest-selling Blizzard game of all time and won another .
Diablo 4 is already Blizzard’s best-selling game
Diablo 4 entered early access in early June, and those few days were apparently enough for Diablo 4 to reach 93 million hours played. In a press release, Blizzard puts this in an astonishing perspective, stating that this is over 10,000 years, or “the equivalent of playing 24 hours a day since human civilization began.”
