If you’re planning on attending the Diablo IV Server Slam open beta this weekend, you can get ready for adventures in Sanctuary today by pre-installing the game on your Xbox.
Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One players can now download Diablo IV Server Slam from the Xbox store ahead of kickoff tomorrow. It will be the last time you can play Blizzard’s upcoming action-RPG before it launches on June 6th, and there are some rewards in store.

Diablo® IV – Server Slam
The Diablo® IV Server Slam is available to everyone from May 12th to 14th*. This is your last chance to try Diablo® IV and help prepare the servers before launch. This is also your last chance to earn some new rewards and rewards returning from the Open Beta.
The Diablo IV Server Slam kicks off tomorrow, May 12th, and runs through May 14th for Blizzard’s last chance to test the game’s servers before launch next month. All of the content introduced in the last beta will be available during testing this weekend, so you’ll have the chance to explore Act 1: Fractured Peaks in its entirety as one of five classes.
Blizzard says this version will feature many of the community-suggested changes during the last open beta and “better represent what players will experience at launch.” Note that any progress made during the previous test has been erased, so you will start fresh again during the server slam. The server slam will again be wiped out before the launch of Diablo IV on June 6th.
If you decide to take your second trot through hell to Sanctuary this weekend, the following rewards await you if you reach certain milestones.
reward | the purpose |
early injury titles | Reach Kyovashad with a single character. |
Early Voyager title | Reach level 20 with one character. |
Beta Wolfpack cosmetic items | Reach level 20 with one character. |
Ashaba’s Cry Mount Trophy | Defeat Ashaba (World Boss) with a single level 20 character. |
In the last Diablo IV Open Beta, players spent 62 million hours in Sanctuary slaying 30 billion hellish demons. Not bad for a weekend job. Would you like to help the community beat these incredible numbers this weekend? Drop down below and let us know.
