The Indomitable Flesh quest is a particularly harrowing quest early in Diablo 4. This involves one of Ramsay Bolton’s favorite pastimes, The Skinned Man, but the quest was a bit buggy last weekend in the Diablo 4 beta. You can get unique weapons by overcoming difficulties and get tons of gold and prestige, but it’s a bit raw. With that in mind, here’s where to find the Skinned Man and complete the quest.
How to start the Indomitable Body quest
To begin, you must be at least level 7 and have reached Khiovashad, which unlocks the path to Elezna in the southeast. You are looking for a woman named Christina whose husband Fedor has gone missing. She heard him talking to another woman, so she knows it’s going to be a bad time. She will accompany you, so follow the waypoints toward the blue-highlighted oval further southeast from Jelesna in the gnarled forest.

Fyodor is roughly left center of the blue oval. He is found chained and skinned. And he’s pretty happy with it. Another woman of mystery said, “Know eternal bliss” about the whole Norskin situation. If she already knows she’s a demon in disguise, she’ll do well. A blue marker will appear on her minimap, follow it to face her.
She transforms into Hell’s Yuria, but let’s be honest, she’s pretty easy to beat. Once her processing is complete, she will return to Christina. She’ll say she can take her dagger from Fyodor’s chest, but there’s a lot of blood all over the place. Completing the quest will give you at least +20 renown, 1000 XP, a lot of gold, plus the Blood-barbed Blade’s dagger.
