Gameloft has pushed several consistent ace updates to the best Animal Crossing-like Disney Dreamlight Valley available on PC.We already know that features like multiplayer are in the works (opens in new tab), and characters from across the House of Mouse are being added regularly. Mirabel of Encanto and Olaf of Frozen join the Valley in the February 16th update. As usual, the devs have dropped some nice key art with details for picking the new patch.
Mirabel’s Casita looks to be the newest home available for placement in the valley. It’s a fairly heavy building, so someone with a dense valley might want to clear up the room, and Disney he’s surrounded by butterflies, which are yet to be seen in Dreamlight Valley. It may be nothing more than a decoration for Mirabelle’s house, but I hope it will be a hint for things like catching insects and adding collection companions.

It seems that there is no Olaf’s house unless the mysterious cave door is related to Olaf. The fact that it contains several passages from the movie Atlantis that sharp-eyed fans on the Dreamlight Valley Discord server decipher to spell “enter” suggests otherwise. There are already some Atlantean references and descriptions of Atlantis, but it’s still pretty interesting. Squirrels look like something you’d probably find in the Forgotten Lands, a dark and spooky biome.
The upcoming Star Pass (Dreamlight Valley’s version of the Battle Pass) will celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary, and some unlockables have already been teased. and a white bunny in a similarly themed suit.
I can’t wait to see what kind of story will be born with the addition of Mirabel and Olaf, especially the casita is gorgeous. The first Encanto character to join the game, Olaf is the fourth character in Frozen. and expect new Star Passes to be added.
