The latest PlayStation State of Play is final fantasy 16 togal A wolf companion who stands with Clive throughout the game. (By the way, this isn’t “Torkoal” or “Total” in any of the State of Play subtitles.) Not only is this very good boy useful for dealing extra damage to his enemies, but he You can also give them treats. And who would deny this ferocious hairball as a delicious treat?
Torgal puppies are super cute
According to his official entry on the game’s website, Togar was a puppy adopted by the Rothfield family after Archduke Elwin found him during an expedition in the Northern Territories. After nearly wiping out Clive, they waited over a decade for Clive before finally reuniting.
In the showcase, Torgal is revealed as an AI companion, assisting Clive in combat by distracting enemies and using his claws and jaws to deal extra damage. Players can also order him directly to his Sic, Ravage, or Heal.
His command menu appears to take up the same space as the menu for potions, so you should be able to toggle between those two menus with the flick of a button. The wolf’s health gauge doesn’t seem to be there either, so you might not have to worry about him going down in combat. (Talk about making the game even easier.)
Togar is also exploring the map with Clive, so it would be nice if you could find things with his nose or dig for treasure. It’s also unclear if you can teach the wolves new tricks and attacks, for example in their lair, or if there are different treats you can give them. The question is whether or not Togar can be given all pets as well.
