It’s been over two years since HBO first announced it was producing a TV show based on Naughty Dogs. Last of Usand today we finally got the first proper look.
HBO has released a trailer showing everything coming to HBO Max next year. Towards the end — I set the video below to autoplay at the right time, but it’s about 1:43 if it doesn’t — Pedro Pascal as Joel, Vera Ramsey as Ellie, and Nick Offerman About 20 seconds to show off the building:
No big deal! Twenty seconds isn’t a big deal, whether or not this is its own trailer, you can’t really see anything except a couple of lines of dialogue and a few guns. There’s a short shot of growing up, tense music playing, and Nick Offerman looking stressed out, but the video cuts to: game of thrones.
Still, it’s nice to see actual footage of the series. Almost a year after first seeing a static imagePascal looks and sounds as tired as you’d expect I hope it’s Joel.
