One Sega channel, one summer blockbuster, and the first two years of some people’s internet life.
The Genesis library on Nintendo Switch Online has added four new games to conclude June. The new titles are:
- Zero Wing (1989/90)-Side-scrolling shooter, famous for its infamous localization, All your bases are ours Internet meme
- Target Earth (1990)-Originally known in Japan as Assault Suit Leynos, it is a mechanical shooter game set in the early 23rd century and previously released only on the Japanese Wii virtual console.
- Mega Man: The Wily Wars (1994)-Editing the first three Mega Man NES games brought to Genesis with a new comprehensive story.Previously released only on the Sega Channel and later on the Genesis Mini
- Comix Zone (1995)-A side-scrolling quarrel set in the world of simulated cartoons re-released as unlockable on the Wii virtual console, Genesis Mini, and at least one Sonic Mega Collection.
