Five New Multiplayer Maps, Four New Game Modes, and a New Special Ops Raid Prepare for Season 03’s Massive Content Offering Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0Alejandro and Valeria return to settle the score, Resurgence expands to Al Mazrah, and Warzone 2.0’s Ranked Play sets the battlefield for the most competitive Operators.

Modern Warfare II Brings Gunfight, New Maps, Modes
Gunfight
Get ready for 2v2 multi-round cage matches when Gunfight debuts in Modern Warfare II. Players start each round with the same random loadout that changes from round to round. Eliminate the enemy team or capture his flag overtime to win the round. The team that wins 6 rounds first wins the match.
Gunfight now supports 4 maps at launch, including new maps alleybased somewhere in Al Mazra, and black sightis Battle Royale’s new concentration camp.
New core and battle maps
Pelayo’s Lighthouse (core map, launch): Once your Operator is stationed in the main building, in one of the scattered maintenance buildings, or bravely fighting in the open, a storm is brewing on the island’s battlefield.
Black Gold (core map, launch): Infiltrate Al Mazura’s Rohan Oil in Black Gold, Modern Warfare II’s first night operation. Use night vision goggles and available light sources to track down and eliminate enemy teams.
Rohan Oil Fields (battle map, launch): Expanding on Black Gold, the Rohan Oilfields Battle map expands arenas around points of interest in this Warzone 2.0 and adds vehicles for quick transportation.
Sattiq Cave Complex (battle map, launch): Exploring a network of caves, fighting in tiny buildings and beside a downed plane should evoke fond memories for longtime fans of the series.
A fifth all-new core map will additionally be released midseason.
Crank up and battle the Horde in GW Infected
Two of the series’ favorite game modes are coming in Season 03.
Crank (Launch): When an enemy is defeated, the timer is activated. Get another elimination before it hits zero or BOOM! – You are outside.
GW infection (in season): Experience Infected on a larger stage as you fight for survival against hordes of GW maps. Work with your teammates to set defenses. Once infected, remove them.
NEW MULTIPLAYER RANKED PLAY REWARDS
The new season will bring new multiplayer rank rewards. RANKED PLAY Win his matches to earn rewards and get new operator skins and cosmetics for placement in the Gold Division and above. Earn additional rewards by finishing in the top 250 or finishing the season as one of the world’s top ranked players.
Raid Episode 03 is coming to Special Ops
Confront the Las Almas Cartel in a new Special Ops mission and regroup with Task Force 141 as they embark on Raid Episode 03 of the Midseason Update.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 Adds Massive Resurrection and Looting
Massive Resurrection (Launch): A massive revival is coming to Al Mazra. A higher player count is a better playing field in this map-wide mode.
Loot (in season): Eliminate enemy operators, scavenge supply crates, complete contracts and in-game events, and hunt down loose cash. At Plunder, it’s all about who is richest and can get it the fastest. With respawns enabled and loadouts available from the start, you’ll be making money right away when you deploy.
New concentration camp: A new concentration camp is coming to al-Mazra, set to replace the current version. Modern Warfare II players participating in Gunfight will be able to experience Blacksite’s map.
New features and items
Al Mazrah Drones Redeployment (Activation): A redeployed drone flying over Sea Lion Island is heading for Al Mazra. Harness their powers and launch them towards your next target objective.
UAV Tower (launch): Wipe out enemy positions around you with the new UAV Tower, first spotted in the DMZ and coming soon to Battle Royale. Activating the tower will alert enemy squads, so be prepared.
Reinforced Plate Carrier (in season): Tempered plate carriers require less armor plate to fill, making re-plating faster and more efficient.
Decontamination station (in season): Is the gas closing too quickly? Deploying this field upgrade will create a safe atmosphere within the gas for a few seconds. This is a key strategy for surviving the final collapse of the circle.
Special package items (in season): Players who prefer looting in the environment to summoning loadout drops will now have a way to secure Perks through pre-configured Perk packages found in Supply Crates and Buy Stations.
Deployable Buying Stations (seasonal): Even in the farthest corners of the map, you can purchase the items you need by activating deployable purchase stations. This portable version is in limited stock.
Gulag Entry Kit (in season): deleted again? You are not out of luck yet. Operators with the Gulag Entry Kit will have a chance to fight her second battle with the Gulag and return to the field.
Large capacity plate carrier (in season): Carry more armor plates for protracted battles.
Coming Soon — Battle Royale Ranked Play
Launching midseason, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 Ranked Play will take battle royale to new competitive heights as the trio climb the ranks and enter the top 250. -person Global final.

New DMZ features: barter system, workbenches, new factions and missions
Barter system: Swap unwanted items in your inventory with the new Barter Systen feature in the Buy Station.
Workbench: For a small fee, attachments can be added or removed from Contraband weapons. Equip an unlocked attachment to that weapon’s platform. Found near a buying station.
Active Operator Slots: Choose from three different Operators, each with their own inventory, backpack, plate carrier, killstreak, self-revive, and gas mask when deploying to the DMZ. Decide if you want to deploy the best equipped operators or raw recruits.
New factions, missions and bosses: New factions join the fray, offering three tiers of faction missions, with more coming throughout the season. With new bosses stationed around the Exclusion Zone, look for specific information on rumors circulating about something deep beneath Al Mazura.
Other features, such as the new Backpack and Plate Carrier types, will make Season 03 a big battle.
New Operators including rivals Alejandro and Valeria
Alejandro Vargas and Valeria Garza, who previously fought side by side in the Los Vaqueros Unit of the Mexican Special Forces, are now bitter rivals.
Alejandro: Born and raised in Las Armas, Alejandro spent more than a decade as a high-ranking member of Los Fuerzeas Especiales, a counter-terrorism unit of the Tier 1 Mexican Army Special Missions. His unit, Los Vaqueros, is the only unit in the country authorized to work with international special operations forces, including those of the CIA led by Station Director Kate Laswell.
Valeria: A former Mexican Army Special Forces officer who worked with Alejandro, Valeria defected to cartel execution in 2014, eventually rising to power as the leader of the Las Almas Cartel. She now goes by the name El Sin Nombre — Nameless One.
Expect more Operators joining the ranks throughout the season.
new weapon
Season 03 introduces a total of 4 new weapons. Once earned, these can be used in all modes. Two of them can be earned for free within the Battle Pass.
- FJX Imperium Sniper Rifle: Designed for maximum destructive power, this anti-personnel bolt-action sniper rifle intervenes in tense situations with its blazing .408 rounds.
- Kronenskoll Battle Rifle: A semi-automatic bullpup rifle loaded with the 6.8 Wrath, designed for long range and exceptional damage output.
Earn two more weapons launching midseason by purchasing Store Bundles or completing Weapon Unlock Challenges.
New Seasonal Events and Camouflage Challenges
During the Season 03 Trophy Hunt event, enemy Operators will drop Trophies each time they are killed in any mode. It can also be found in other ways, such as in supply boxes. Redeem these trophies for event rewards like weapon blueprints, vehicle skins, and even Battle Pass token tier skips.
Also look for the Mid-Season Camo Challenge Event to give players the chance to earn new seasonal camos.

Beginning April 19th, PlayStation Plus members will be able to download the Season 03 Combat Pack. This pack contains a new operator skin for Oni, consisting of an updated gold face mask and high-tech shoulder padding.
