A total of nine games will be leaving Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass in December, including Scarlet Nexus, Outer Wilds and Tropico 6.
As confirmed by the Game Pass app, nine games, including some of the best games on Game Pass, will be leaving service at the end of December. Scarlet Nexus, Outer Wilds, Tropico 6, Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars, Secret Neighbor, Gorogoa, The Pedestrian, Embr, and Iron Harvest will all leave Game Pass around December 31st.

Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars (Windows) and Tropico 6 (Windows) also have additional Windows stacks that you may want to work on before exiting PC Game Pass.
