How do I sign up for Genre Bingo?
It’s easy, just head over to our TrueAchievements Genre Bingo Hub and click the register button. This will take you to a new settings page for this year’s event where you can choose which genres you want a chance of appearing in your grid.
We automatically tick the 30 genres we picked from last year, but if you do want to make any changes just tick and untick the genre boxes as necessary. When you’re ready and you have a minimum of 28 genres selected, click the “Register now for Bingo” button to complete your registration.
If you haven’t selected at least 28 genres then you won’t be able to complete your registration.
How do I start another Genre Bingo grid?
This year, based on feedback from the last event, we wanted to give you a way keep the fun going. Whenever you have earned a bingo in your current grid you can keep playing the same grid to get more bingos, or you can press the “Start a new grid” button to generate a brand new grid to earn bingos on.
Before pressing this button you can also change your choice of genres if you want to use a different pool. This won’t affect your current grid, but the next one generated.

Anyone who manages to get at least one Bingo (a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line) will be awarded a community challenge badge.
For the more competitive amongst you, there’s also a leaderboard that is ordered by those with the most Bingos and unlocks on all of their cards!
