The direct promise of September last year has finally come true.
GoldenEye 007, a Nintendo 64 classic developed by Rare, is coming to the Nintendo Switch Online service on January 27th. The title was previously announced during Nintendo’s September 2022 Nintendo Direct. and Nintendo. It’s also available through Microsoft’s Game Pass service.
A new trailer for the Nintendo Switch version highlights widescreen support and the option to play online with friends via the classic game’s multiplayer options built into Nintendo Switch Online. Please note that the ability to play online is so far limited to the Switch version.
