Berry leather is a key resource in Grounded. Obsidian’s survival game puts a unique twist on things by shrinking characters to the size of ants. So while the environment may not look particularly dangerous at face value, everything suddenly becomes much more difficult when you are much larger than yourself.
As in a typical survival game, you’ll need to gather resources and craft items to survive as a tiny inhabitant of this world. One of these resources is Berry Leather, which is required for several key recipes. When you’re ready to craft, here’s how to get Berry Leather in Grounded and what you can craft with it.
Grounded berry leather: How to get this resource
Berry Leather is a resource needed to craft various tools and gear. As the crafted item itself, you must first collect chunks of berries. This is naturally harvested from berries found in hedge biomes.
Like other resources in Grounded, once you encounter a berry, the resource surveyor will show you its exact location on the map, making it much easier to find. Once you’ve collected enough, you’ll need a crafting station to turn them into berry leather.
There are two crafting station options.
- Workbench: Requires 3x berry chunks
- Jerky rack: Requires 1x berry chunk
