What is Becoming Elizabeth Season 1?
The story begins in the midst of turmoil in England. Edward VI ascends the throne after the death of his father, Edward his Seymour as a puppet master, Thomas his Seymour Catherine his par and scheming, England ushers in turbulent times.
Elizabeth finds herself in the middle of the political and sexual politics of the English court. This eight-episode her series plots her story as she journeys to obtain her crown.

became Elizabeth Renewal for Season 2?
At the time of writing, Starz is No Updated Becoming Elizabeth Season 2. However, the network has quite a track record in updating historical dramas. Given the success of The White Queen and The Spanish Princess (both of which are on order for a second her season), it’s not out of the realm of possibility that this one will be renewed as well.
However, the show’s viewership ratings are fairly low, and audience response to the period drama is mixed.
With all this in mind, we went out on a limb and realized that This could be renewed for season 2. Given that Starz hasn’t confirmed it yet (at least as of this writing!), we’ll have to wait and see.
We will update this section as we learn more.
What we know about Season 2 so far:
Little is known about Season 2 at this point, considering Starz hasn’t greenlit a sequel. The ending certainly leads this into an interesting battle for the throne, with Mary and Elizabeth each going their separate ways.
If this is updated, expect Edward VI to die according to a real historical event and more drama involving the sisters as a result.
But for now we are under the impression that there is it will be season 2 However, we aim to update this page as more information becomes available.
