Accessing the Forgotten Temple can be a little tricky as the entrance is off the ground. The best way to get to the shrine is to stand on either side of the cliff overlooking the valley and slide into the semi-circular entrance. If you’re in a ravine, there are also multiple ledges sticking out of the wall below the entrance that you can climb to. Go up through the ledge to the entrance and you’ll see the Impa hot air balloon.

At the entrance to the Forgotten Temple, meet Caddo (in a hot air balloon). Cado tells them that Lady Impa is already inside. Glide as far as you can into the wide open room. On the ground he has two groups of three Bokoblins that can be avoided if he chooses to flee. Kill the Bokoblin or avoid the Bokoblin and go to the opposite wall. There are some ledges sticking out of the wall here where you can use Ascend. Climb over the ledge to reach the hole in the wall.
What you see ahead is Mayausi Shrine Next to that is Lady Impa. She interacts with Impa to see that she is looking for something important inside the temple.

Inside the Forgotten Temple there is a map showing all the locations. geoglyph Around Hyrule. Proceed deeper into the Forgotten Temple, past the colossal toppled goddess statue, and enter a circular chamber. Approach the ledge and you’ll see a map of the geoglyphs on the floor below. Jump down into the room to start a cutscene with Lady Impa and Cado. Be sure to take a picture of the map before you leave, and use it when searching for geoglyphs and the Memories of the Dragon’s Tier.
