Well, it’s not that simple. Like nearly any type of door, barrier, or junk blocking your way in Jedi: Survivor, getting through the green laser wall requires an ability earned by playing the story. The first green wall you encounter can actually be shut down by mind-tricking a stormtrooper into opening it for you, but that’s a one-time deal. Walls appear red on the map.
Eventually, Cal learns how to dash straight through them, unlocking important traversal moves for the rest of the game. Here’s how to get it.

Missions occur in the middle of the main story. Return to Jedha Talk to Master CordobaSo Sele gives Cal and Merrin the task of evacuating an allied safehouse before the Empire finds it. This unlocks access to the desert region of Jedha, which you can optionally explore on your way to the next waypoint.
This is a pretty long and very cool level, and it gets even more fun when you learn air dashes along the way. It’s around this encounter that you’ll be given medallions that you can dash through. The green laser wall is now green laser. Gateabout half of Koboh’s locked area has been unlocked.
Note that you can only air dash once, so you must be within range of the green gate to pass it. Going through the green gate also resets Cal’s jump and air dash, allowing him to jump again (or chain him to another green gate) before touching the floor.
