Warp Disks can be purchased at the Brolt Kiosk in Brim City once Lanchy gives you the Warp Remote Control while bounty hunting in Kurvis. This food stand is so close to your home that it’s pretty easy to find, and Blorto sells six of his warp discs. warp crystaleach can be placed in a highlighted blue zone for a bit of fun.

How to grow warp crystals
Warp Disks require Warp Crystals, obtained by wiping out enemy G3 Cartel outposts and extracting crystals from nearby Warp Drives. You get Warp Crystals for each G3 Cartel bounty hunt, so you should be able to buy quite a few Warp Disks just by playing the game. However, he is currently only able to craft one Warp Crystal in Zephyr Paradise.
- Head to the Upper Valley Portal in Zephyr Paradise
- Jump over a highway bridge with a cursing driver and go straight to the cave
- Use the bug to tackle the gap and head left up the stairs
- Defeat all the Might in the cave
- Exit by the Lugrox Chest where Armored Might spawns (kill it too)
- Shoot the green light to open the platform and jump back to the start area
- Climb the roof of the small building near the portal to get the warp crystal
- exit the portal and repeat
This is most likely a bug and may be fixed soon. If you want to grow warp crystals without worrying about finding them in-game, sooner or later you will.
