Ascendant Studios has unveiled an expanded gameplay trailer for its upcoming single-player Magic FPS Immortals of Aveum, showcasing six minutes of spell-based combat and character customization.
The latest trailer for the upcoming magical shooter from Ascendant Studios and EA Originals offers six minutes of Immortals of Aveum gameplay. A single-player magic FPS developed using Unreal Engine 5, releasing for Xbox Series X|S on July 20th.

Following the story of a young Battlemage Jak who joins elite spellcasters known as the Immortals, you must use all the power you have to put an end to the war ironically known as the War Without End. . Our mighty hero wields magic using sigils, rings, and totems to control his three school types: Force (blue), Life (green), and Chaos (red). Mastering powerful magic allows you to create your own playstyle as you battle the threats facing the universe.
Immortals of Aveum is one of the first games to be released using Unreal Engine 5.1. It takes advantage of the new Lumen dynamic lighting and Nanite performance boosting technology. As such, it will only release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC on July 20th.
