“Dragon Ball Z Kakarot”, released on PlayStation 4 in 2020, is an action RPG where the player becomes Goku and relives the story of Dragon Ball Z with overwhelming volume and new visuals.
Since its release, additional episodes and additional scenarios have been distributed as DLC, and on January 13, 2023, the 4th DLC “Additional Scenario: -Bardock- Alone Against Fate” will be distributed.
On January 13, 2023, a remastered version of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot with enhanced background graphics will also be released for the next generation console PlayStation 5.

Like the main story of Kakarot, the famous scenes of the anime are reproduced, and the life of the Saiyans on planet Vegeta and the relationship with Bardock’s friends that have not been drawn in the game so far are also drawn. On the new map of Planet Vegeta, you can freely explore Frieza’s military base and Saiyan village.
You can also participate in various sub-quests requested by Bardock’s companions. These side quests may give you a glimpse of another side of your character.
Dragon Ball Z Kakarot for PlayStation 5
The remastered version of Kakarot for next-gen consoles will give players even more immersion in the world of Dragon Ball with enhanced backgrounds and graphics.
Users who already own a copy of Kakarot on PS4 can upgrade to the PS5 version for free. “Alone Against Fate” released on the same day will be released on both PS5 and PS4 versions, and you can play new additional scenarios with enhanced graphics.
